We earn our money from commissions paid to us by hotels and conference
venues and we offer a rebate to our clients based on the volume of reservations
placed.
What do you provide?
We save you time by doing all the leg work for you! Just tell us
what you need for your event and we'll get back to you with a full colour
proposal in four hours which will have a range of suitable venues options,
prices and whether they are available on the dates you need.
Are you able to organise a visit and show around?
Yes - we can arrange a full show around and visit to any venues
that interest you.
Why should I use Express Venues to source my conference, event or meeting
venue?
Finding a suitable venue for your event takes time - and that's
a precious resource for us all! Let our experienced team do the work for
you and we'll make sure that we respond to
your venue enquiry within one hour and get back to you with a comprehensive
venue proposal within four hours.
How does the 'booking' work if I want to
use a venue you've suggested?
Just let us know and we'll make the initial venue booking for you
and arrange for the Venue to contact you to set up account facilities.
Alternatively, we can manage the account on your behalf and you can pay
directly through us for a small administration fee. Either way, it really
is a very straightforward process that's hassle free!
Will a representative of Express Venues be
there on the day?
No, this is not normally required although if you feel it would
help we are able to provide a member of our team to liaise with the Venue
Staff to support you (although there may be a cost for this).
Are you absolutely sure this is a FREE venue
finding service?
YES! As mentioned, we receive commission from the venues and our
huge database of venues throughout the UK enables us to negotiate the
best deals for you.
What Terms and Conditions are there?
Very few!
We recognise and understand that you have a choice but if you do choose
to engage our venue finding services the following terms do apply to ensure
that we are able to deliver a FREE service to you...
Express Venues will hold all proposed venues on option for our clients.
Should you wish to confirm a venue via Express Venues, you agree to confirm
the details of any proposed venues through us.
Should you wish to confirm any proposed venues that have been held by
us on your behalf directly with the venue, or by any other means, Express
Venues reserves the right to invoice the client for the total anticipated
commissionable value of the booking.
These Terms of Engagement are bound by UK law. Express Venues is a division
of Kaboura Events.

below?
Of course, although this was taken on a warm day in Bournemouth
and we might not be able to guarantee the weather!!!
